Formed Through Fire Ministry is growing, and we are prayerfully seeking committed women to serve alongside us in various volunteer and support roles as the ministry continues to expand.

This is meaningful work that requires care, faithfulness, and time. While many of these roles serve behind the scenes, they play a direct part in helping us disciple women with clarity, integrity, and intentionality. We are looking for women who understand that ministry work is real work — and who are willing to serve with humility, reliability, and a heart for the mission.

Below you’ll find descriptions of our current volunteer and support roles. These roles reflect guidelines and frameworks, not rigid job boxes. We recognize that each person brings unique strengths, capacity, and experience, and we are open to tailoring roles in ways that best support both the individual and the ministry, where appropriate.

Because Formed Through Fire is a digital ministry, all volunteers must have:

  • basic computer skills

  • comfort learning and adapting to new technology

  • willingness to work within online platforms and systems

Prior ministry or professional experience is not required. However, a sincere walk with the Lord,

spiritual maturity,

and alignment with the heart of this ministry are essential.

Spiritual Alignment & Discernment

Because Formed Through Fire Ministry is rooted in Scripture and intentional discipleship,

all volunteers will be asked to:

  • share briefly about their walk with the Lord and personal testimony

  • acknowledge alignment with our core values and doctrinal statement

These questions are part of our discernment process and help ensure unity, trust,

and spiritual integrity within the ministry.

How to Express Interest

If you feel led to serve with Formed Through Fire Ministry:

  1. Review the volunteer and support roles listed on this page

  2. Submit the Volunteer Interest Form below and we will send email some info and the Volunteer Acknowledgement to fill out!!

    • This acknowledgement will gather basic information, ask about your faith journey, and confirm alignment with our core values and doctrine

  3. After reviewing submissions, we will reach out to schedule a Zoom conversation with Miranda and Jamie to discuss role fit, expectations, and next steps
