Our Calling

Formed Through Fire is a discipleship movement for women who have walked through the flames of life and refuse to stay in the ashes. We exist to walk beside the broken, the rebuilding, and the beautifully different — not simply to comfort them, but to disciple them into wholeness, strength, and Spirit-filled purpose.

We are not here to collect converts.

We are here to form disciples who know the Word, hear the Spirit, walk in freedom, and help others do the same.

Each member of our team has walked through seasons of intense refining — trauma, addiction, loss, failure, rejection, neurodivergent struggles, and spiritual battles. Yet through every fire, God remained faithful. Now we steward that freedom by helping other women rise from the ashes and step boldly into the life Jesus died to give them.

Our calling is simple:

To disciple, equip, and train women with biblical truth, Spirit-led teaching, and practical tools for transformation — so that they can go out and disciple others.

Why We Exist

We exist because discipleship is missing in many church spaces, and women are hungry for more than inspirational moments — they want transformation. They want depth. They want to grow strong. They want to help others…

This ministry exists to equip and transform — not entertain or impress.

We teach truth. We model authenticity. We train disciples who become teachers, leaders, encouragers, helpers, healers, and Christ-reflectors in everyday life.

We train disciples who grow strong in Christ—some become teachers or leaders, and others simply live out their faith in a way that naturally draws women to Jesus. Whether your ministry is a microphone or a quiet life that reflects Christ, there is room for you here.

Your scars, your wiring, and your story are not weaknesses — they are places where God’s strength shines through.

This ministry is for the fighters, the faithful, the misunderstood, the ADHD and neurodivergent thinkers, the trauma survivors, the restored, and the refining-in-progress — because fire doesn’t destroy what God intends to refine.
