Miranda Embry
Founder, Deepening Discipleship Leader and Ministry Director
Miranda Embry is the founder and ministry director of Formed Through Fire—a space birthed in brokenness, refined by trials, and dedicated to seeing women rise from the ashes into the fullness of Christ. Her own journey through hardship, rebuilding, and redemption fuels her passion to walk alongside women who are hungry for depth, desperate for hope, and ready for transformation.
As the leader of Deepening Discipleship, Miranda creates Spirit-led Bible studies, devotionals, and teaching tools designed to take believers beyond surface-level faith. She is the creator of two unique Bible study methods—the Comparative Context Layer Method™ and the Rooted Identity Method™—each designed to help women dig deep into Scripture with clarity, context, and personal transformation. With a gift for knowledge and exhortation, she weaves Scripture, testimony, and practical application together so women can not only know the Word, but also live it—boldly, honestly, and with freedom.
In her role as Ministry Director, Miranda prayerfully shapes the vision and direction of Formed Through Fire, equipping other leaders, guiding new ministry branches, and ensuring every part of the work stays rooted in biblical truth.
At her core, Miranda is a teacher, encourager, and builder of women—committed to raising up resilient believers who walk in truth, embrace their God-given identity, and reflect His glory, even in life’s messiest fires.

Jane Hanna Stoudt
Neurodivergence Minister
Jane Hanna Stoudt Jane Hanna Stoudt serves as the Neurodivergence Minister for Formed Through Fire Ministries, where she leads the growing effort to bring Jesus to the underserved neurodivergent community—meeting them in the very margins where He so often met people first.
After years of serving as a trauma-informed Bible teacher and certified biblical counselor, Jane began noticing a gap in ministry for those whose minds process the world differently. Living with AuDHD, Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria, and chronic illness herself, she understood the fatigue of trying to fit into systems never built for her wiring. From that lived experience came The Margins Method™, a Spirit-led, simplified approach to Scripture designed to help neurodivergent believers slow down, listen, and encounter God personally.
Jane went on to establish Margins Ministries, dedicated to equipping neurodivergent men, women, and children to experience God’s Word through presence, not performance. In linking arm-in-arm with Formed Through Fire Ministries, she now helps position FTF on the frontlines of this vital, underserved space in the Church—bridging biblical truth and neurodivergent understanding so that no one feels unseen, unworthy, or left out of God’s story.
Her calling is simple: to make the margins a meeting place—where difference becomes design, and every mind discovers its place in the Body of Christ.
Jamie Carey
Faith Foundations & Spiritual Growth Minister
With a lifelong background in ministry and a heart devoted to Scripture, she brings wisdom, compassion, and steady encouragement to the Faith Foundations branch of Formed Through Fire Ministry. From her earliest years, she has pursued Christ with a passion—growing up in a Christian home, committing her life to Him as a child, and rededicating her walk as a young teen. Over the past 25 years, she has faithfully served in music, women’s, and counseling ministries, always with a deep love for helping others grow closer to Jesus.
Her calling is to guide women into a stronger walk with God by grounding them in the Word and nurturing spiritual growth that lasts. Through teaching, encouragement, and prayer, she leads others to build their lives on a firm foundation of faith and to flourish in Christ.
As part of Faith Foundations, she will be helping new believers and those who want to strengthen their basics in the faith. This branch of ministry focuses on Bible Basics—understanding salvation, exploring who God is, and laying the groundwork for a thriving relationship with Christ. With a passion for making Scripture both accessible and transformational, she will lead studies, create resources, and walk alongside women as they take their first steps or rediscover the joy of a rooted, growing faith.
