Ministry Project Assistant

(Organization, Accountability & Creative Support)

Role Summary

The Ministry Project Assistant works closely with Miranda to help bring clarity, momentum, and organization to ongoing ministry projects and ideas. This role is not about taking ownership of the ministry’s vision or directing work—it exists to support, encourage, and help keep projects moving forward in a practical, manageable way.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing ideas, helping streamline scattered materials, and serving alongside a visionary leader by handling supportive “busy work” that frees space for creativity and teaching.

The Ministry Project Assistant functions as a collaborative teammate, not an independent decision-maker.
