Ministry Outreach & Promotion Assistant
Role Summary
The Ministry Outreach & Promotion Assistant supports Formed Through Fire Ministry by increasing awareness and visibility through structured, approved outreach efforts. This role shares pre-approved content and messaging only and helps extend the ministry’s reach in appropriate, respectful spaces. It is a support role focused on execution — not messaging development, branding decisions, or independent representation.
Primary Responsibilities
Approved Content Sharing
Share ministry-provided graphics, captions, and updates in:
Facebook groups, Online communities, Other approved platforms
Use only content and language provided by leadership
Outreach Tracking & Documentation
Maintain a simple tracking record of outreach efforts
Provide screenshots of posts or submissions made on behalf of the ministry
Log where and when content was shared
Note engagement or responses when relevant
Opportunity Identification
Identify potential exposure opportunities such as:
Podcasts, Christian blogs or magazines, Radio programs, Collaboration inquiries
Submit opportunities to leadership for review before any outreach occurs
Role Boundaries
This role:
Does not create promotional content
Does not alter ministry messaging or branding
Does not engage in public debate or conflict
Does not initiate partnerships or commitments independently
Does not represent the ministry outside approved communication
All outreach must remain aligned with leadership direction.
