Role Summary: Strategy Research Support Role
The Ministry Growth Research Assistant supports Formed Through Fire Ministry by researching and organizing information related to digital visibility, online presence, and overall ministry exposure. This role focuses on gathering insights and presenting clear, organized findings to leadership for discernment. It does not include implementing marketing strategies, altering branding, or making independent growth decisions.
Primary Responsibilities
Social Media & Digital Visibility Research
Research ways to expand social media reach across existing platforms, Identify emerging platforms or online spaces that may align with the ministry, Explore strategies for increasing engagement and visibility in biblically aligned communities
Website & Online Presence Research
Research best practices for improving website discoverability, Explore SEO basics and visibility tools appropriate for a ministry context, Identify potential directories, listing sites, or partnership platforms
Exposure & Expansion Opportunities
Research additional areas of online presence, such as:
Christian content platforms, Online communities, Email growth strategies, Collaborative ministry networks
Reporting & Recommendations
Organize findings into simple summaries or reports, Present pros/cons, estimated effort, and alignment considerations, Submit research to leadership for prayerful evaluation
