Grant Research Assistant
Role Summary
The Grant Research Assistant supports Formed Through Fire Ministry by identifying potential grant opportunities that align with the ministry’s mission and focus areas. This role is research-based and organizational in nature, helping leadership make informed decisions regarding potential funding opportunities. This is a clearly defined support role and does not include independent grant strategy or proposal writing unless specifically requested.
Primary Responsibilities
Grant Research
Identify Christian foundations and nonprofits offering grants aligned with: Women’s ministry, Discipleship, Education, Community wellness, etc.
Information Gathering & Organization
Gather and organize key details for each potential grant opportunity, including:
Eligibility requirements
Application deadlines
Funding scope and restrictions
Required documentation or criteria
Reporting
Present summarized grant options in a simple, organized format
Highlight relevant deadlines or time-sensitive opportunities
Submit findings to leadership for discernment and decision-making
