Ministry Scheduling & Project Coordination Assistant

Role Summary

The Ministry Scheduling & Project Coordination Assistant supports the day-to-day organization and visibility of Formed Through Fire Ministry events and studies. This role focuses on maintaining schedules, posting updates, and helping projects move steadily forward in a simple, structured way.

This is a support role with clearly defined tasks, designed for women who desire to serve in a practical way without taking on leadership responsibility or heavy time commitments

Primary Responsibilities

Event & Schedule Operations

  • Set up event invites on Facebook (using content provided)

  • Add events to the website and keep the events page current

  • Set up Zoom calls as directed

  • Maintain and update the ministry Google Calendar

  • Post the Weekly Ministry Schedule (graphic + caption) to:

    • Facebook Page

    • Facebook Group

  • Add ministry updates or important Facebook posts to the website as directed

Study & Project Flow Support

  • Help leaders keep studies on track by:

    • Checking deadlines

    • Sending reminders when needed

    • Noting progress

  • Track project progress in a simple list or board:

    • Planned

    • In Progress

    • Needs Review

    • Published

  • Update Guides or Featured sections so active studies and resources remain easy to find

  • Organize files and resources (studies, graphics, documents) into clearly labeled folders and keep the most current version accessible
