Day Two — Peace Is Built Slowly
Day Two — Peace Is Built Slowly
“God is not a God of confusion but of peace.”
— 1 Corinthians 14:33
Peace is rarely something we stumble into by accident. More often, it is something we build intentionally—layer by layer, choice by choice.
Our homes can either support peace or quietly compete with it. Too much visual noise, too many unfinished decisions, and too little margin can leave us feeling unsettled even when nothing is “wrong.”
God invites us to create peace in practical ways. Not all at once. Not perfectly. But faithfully.
Peace is built when we remove what drains us.
Peace is built when we create space to breathe.
Peace is built when we choose simplicity over excess.
Today, consider one small way you could partner with God to create peace in your space. Remember—peace grows through consistency, not intensity.
Reflection
What disrupts peace in my home most often?
What is one small change I could make today?
Prayer
God, teach me how to build peace slowly and faithfully. Amen
