Social Media Growth & Engagement Helper

Purpose

To support the day-to-day execution and amplification of Formed Through Fire Ministry content across social media platforms. This role ensures that already-created content is visually presented, consistently posted, and warmly engaged with—so the ministry’s voice stays active, encouraging, and visible online. This role focuses on execution and consistency, not marketing strategy or outreach.

Primary Responsibilities

Content Execution

● Take prepared content (captions, quotes, Scripture, study excerpts) and:

  • Plug it into existing Canva templates

  • Format graphics for platform-specific use

● Repurpose existing content into simple formats:

  • Quotes → graphics

  • Study excerpts → posts

  • Scripture → Stories or Pins

● Brainstorm lightweight engagement posts, such as:

  • Scripture prompts

  • Reflection questions

  • Polls or simple Q&A prompts

Posting & Scheduling

● Post or schedule content across assigned platforms, such as:

  • Facebook Page & Group

  • Instagram

  • TikTok

  • YouTube Community

● Follow an existing posting rhythm or calendar

● Keep basic records of what was posted and when

Basic Performance Awareness

Note simple trends: Posts that get higher engagement, Formats that resonate

Share observations with leadership (no analytics deep-dives)

Ideal Fit

Impact
