Seen Before Anything Changes

Scripture:

Psalm 34:18 (KJV)

“The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart.

”God does not wait for things to improve before He draws near. He does not stand at a distance

until you are stronger or more faithful. He comes close in the brokenness.

Many women delay intimacy with God because they believe they need to fix something first.

They assume healing must come before closeness. But Scripture shows us the

opposite—closeness often brings healing.

God is near to you today—not because you’ve done something right, but because you are

brokenhearted. His nearness is not a reward. It is a response.

Reflection:

What have you been trying to “fix” before coming to God?

Prayer:

Lord, help me receive Your nearness without trying to earn it. Amen.
