DAY 2 — Small Fruit Still Counts
Scripture: Zechariah 4:10
We often overlook growth because it doesn’t look dramatic. We expect big breakthroughs and noticeable changes, and when growth feels quiet or slow, we assume nothing is happening.
But Scripture reminds us not to despise small beginnings.
Fruit that lasts often starts small—almost unnoticeable. It might look like responding with a little more patience than you used to. It might look like choosing peace instead of panic, or grace instead of harshness. These moments may seem insignificant, but they are signs of real spiritual life.
God is not disappointed by slow growth. He delights in it. He knows that what grows steadily often grows strongest.
Don’t dismiss what God is doing just because it doesn’t feel impressive. Small fruit is still fruit—and it matters deeply to the Gardener.
Prayer:
Father, help me recognize and celebrate the small ways You are growing me.
Remain Practice:
Notice one small change in your heart or reactions today and thank God for it.
