Section 5 – Secure & Protected
You are safe in the hands of your Savior. No storm, attack, or season can separate you from His love. In Christ, your soul is guarded, your mind is covered, and your steps are ordered.
1. You are protected by God’s power
Psalm 91:1–2 (NLT) — “Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. This I declare about the Lord: He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; he is my God, and I trust him.”
Summary: Your security isn’t in your surroundings—it’s in your Savior. His presence is your permanent place of safety.
Declaration: I dwell in the shelter of the Most High; God is my refuge, my rest, and my protector.
2. You are surrounded by His angels
Psalm 91:11 (NLT) — “For he will order his angels to protect you wherever you go.”
Summary: God’s protection is active and personal. His angels move on assignment for your defense.
Declaration: God’s angels guard me; His protection surrounds every step I take.
3. You are held securely in His hand
John 10:28–29 (NLT) — “I give them eternal life, and they will never perish. No one can snatch them away from me, for my Father has given them to me, and he is more powerful than anyone else.”
Summary: Your salvation is secure. No power—human or spiritual—can remove you from God’s grasp.
Declaration: I am safely held in God’s hand; nothing can separate me from His care.
4. You are guarded by peace
Philippians 4:7 (NLT) — “Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.”
Summary: God’s peace doesn’t just comfort—it guards. His tranquility stands watch over your heart and mind.
Declaration: God’s peace guards my heart and mind; I rest in divine calm no matter what surrounds me.
5. You are safe from the enemy’s reach
2 Thessalonians 3:3 (NLT) — “But the Lord is faithful; he will strengthen you and guard you from the evil one.”
Summary: God Himself stands between you and the enemy. You are protected from every attack and accusation.
Declaration: The Lord guards me from the enemy; I am covered by His faithfulness.
6. You are secure in His love
Romans 8:38–39 (NLT) — “And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love… indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Summary: Love is your anchor. No circumstance, sin, or struggle can cut you off from the unshakable love of God.
Declaration: I am secure in God’s love—nothing can separate me from Him.
7. You are safe under His covering
Psalm 121:7–8 (NLT) — “The Lord keeps you from all harm and watches over your life. The Lord keeps watch over you as you come and go, both now and forever.”
Summary: God’s protection covers every moment—past, present, and future. His watchful care never ends.
Declaration: The Lord keeps watch over me; I am safe wherever I go.
8. You are unshakable in Christ
Psalm 16:8 (NLT) — “I know the Lord is always with me. I will not be shaken, for he is right beside me.”
Summary: Confidence comes from presence, not circumstance. Because God is beside you, you cannot be moved.
Declaration: I will not be shaken; God’s presence keeps me steady and strong.
9. You are established and kept firm
1 Peter 5:10 (NLT) — “In his kindness God called you to share in his eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So after you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support, and strengthen you, and he will place you on a firm foundation.”
Summary: God doesn’t just deliver—He establishes. Every trial strengthens your footing in His grace.
Declaration: I am firmly established in Christ; He restores and strengthens me through every trial.
10. You are protected from fear
Isaiah 41:10 (NLT) — “Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.”
Summary: Fear fades in the presence of God’s promise. His hand upholds you with victorious strength.
Declaration: I will not fear; God upholds me with His victorious right hand.
11. You are hidden in His presence
Psalm 32:7 (NLT) — “For you are my hiding place; you protect me from trouble. You surround me with songs of victory.”
Summary: When life feels overwhelming, God becomes your refuge and sings victory over you in the storm.
Declaration: God is my hiding place; I am surrounded by His songs of victory.
12. You are covered by His faithfulness
Psalm 91:4 (NLT) — “He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection.”
Summary: God’s promises are more than words—they’re armor. His faithfulness shields your heart from harm.
Declaration: I am covered by God’s faithfulness; His promises are my protection.
