Nourished by Grace is a 6-week Bible study that invites you to bring your body image struggles, disordered eating patterns, stress, and shame into the presence of Jesus.

Nourished by Grace

Bring your body image struggles, disordered eating patterns, trauma, stress, and shame into the presence of Jesus.

Nourished by Grace is more than a study—it’s an invitation to find freedom where shame once lived. Over six weeks, the workbook gently weaves together God’s Word, biblical counseling insights, and practical tools to help you see your body and your worth through the eyes of Christ. If you long for extra encouragement along the way, the Nourished by Grace Membership opens the door to a safe, private community with monthly coaching calls, video teachings, and space to walk with others who understand the struggle. Whether you walk through the workbook on your own or join the membership for deeper support, you’ll find a place to rest in God’s truth and begin to heal.

FAQs

Why should I join the Nourished by Grace Membership? What do I get?

The workbook will walk you through powerful truths on its own, but the membership is where those truths take root in community. Inside, you’ll find:

  • A safe, private space with other women who truly understand the struggle

  • A monthly live coaching session (with replays if you can’t attend)

  • Exclusive video teachings that go deeper into each week’s theme

  • Extra resources, encouragement, and prayer support

The membership isn’t about more to-dos—it’s about walking this journey together, with accountability, grace, and real tools for lasting change.

Is there a fee?

There is no fee to join the Nourished by Grace membership group!

What if I can’t make the live coaching calls?

No worries! All sessions are recorded, so you can watch on your own time and still receive the encouragement and tools.

I’ve tried other programs before and quit. How is this one different?

This isn’t about more rules or pressure. It’s about grace. The membership offers a safe space to process, connect with women who understand, and walk step by step in God’s truth. This journey combines Scripture, biblical counseling insights, and practical science so you can experience heart, mind, and body healing—not just surface-level encouragement.

What if I struggle with more than just food or body image?

You’re not alone. Many women in this space carry layers of trauma, stress, and self-worth struggles. This membership was designed with those realities in mind, offering hope and support for the whole woman.

Can I join even if I don’t share in the group?

Yes. Some women love to engage, others simply receive. You’ll still benefit from the teachings, coaching, and workbook as you walk through at your own pace.

Who is behind Nourished by Grace?

I’m Jane Hanna— Trauma-Informed Holy Health Minister with Formed Through Fire Ministries. I’ve been serving women since 2008, hold certifications in biblical counseling and trauma care, and have walked my own journey of healing from body shame and disordered eating. When I was in the thick of it, what I needed most was a community of women who truly understood—but it wasn’t there. That gap is why I wrote Nourished by Grace and built this membership. It’s not just a study; it’s the safe place I once longed for, where Scripture, counseling insights, and real conversations come together so we can walk toward freedom side by side.

When Trauma Shapes the Way We See Our Bodies

Body image is rarely just about how we look—it’s about the story our bodies carry. Trauma often shows up in the way we eat, in the weight we hold, or in how we see ourselves in the mirror. For years I believed my reflection told the whole truth about me. But slowly, God has been rewriting that story.

When I look at myself now, I’m learning to see what He sees: strength from surviving, grace covering the scars, and dignity woven into every part of me. Trauma left its marks, but God calls me whole.

The Spirit of Division and Our True Identity in Christ

Division doesn’t just show up in broken relationships—it sneaks into how we see ourselves. For women carrying body shame, food struggles, or trauma, the battlefield is often internal. One voice says, You’re chosen and beloved. Another whispers, You’ll never be enough. That’s not just insecurity—it’s the spirit of division doing its oldest work: tearing apart what God has made whole.

But Christ Himself is our peace. He breaks down dividing walls (Ephesians 2:14) and anchors us in a worth that cannot be shaken. You are not fractured, friend. In Him, you are fearfully and wonderfully made.
