Our Mission & Calling

Formed Through Fire Ministry exists to walk beside the broken, the rebuilding, and the beautifully different — not simply to comfort them, but to disciple them into wholeness, strength, and Spirit-filled purpose.

We exist because discipleship is missing in many church spaces, and women are hungry for more than inspirational moments. They want transformation. They want depth. They want to grow strong. They want to help others. This ministry exists to equip and transform — not entertain or impress.

This is a space for the fighters, the faithful, the misunderstood, the neurodivergent, the survivors, the restored, the recovering, and those still being refined by the fires of life.

We seek to empower women to rise up renewed and victorious through Christ, embracing the strength forged through hardship and choosing to walk boldly in the power of the Holy Spirit.

We are not here to collect converts. We are here to form disciples who know the Word, hear the Spirit, walk in freedom, and help others do the same.

Our mission is simple: to disciple, equip, and train women through biblical truth, Spirit-led teaching, and practical tools for transformation so they can go and disciple others.

FTF is more than just a Bible study group or content platform. This is a deep discipleship movement for women who have walked through the fire and refuse to remain in the ashes — because after all, the fire was never meant to ruin you. It was meant to refine you.

Devoted to Discipleship

Discipleship is not passive here. It is not shallow encouragement, spiritual entertainment, or a weekly dose of inspiration. At Formed Through Fire, discipleship is hands-on, in-the-dirt, side-by-side growth. We do not just teach at you from a distance. We walk with you, get deep with you, and grow with you.

We teach truth. We preach truth. We help you learn how to identify truth for yourself through the Word of God, the power of the Holy Spirit, and growing discernment. We are committed to biblical knowledge and understanding, deep theology, context, promise, power, and purpose — because women need more than motivation. We need to be rooted in the Word.

We model authenticity here. We do not wear masks, pretend to be put together, or hide the reality of our own need for God. We share honestly about weakness, sin, shortcomings, scars, surrender, and sanctification because discipleship was never meant to be performative. Your story, your scars, and even the way you are wired are not disqualifications. They are places where God’s strength can shine through.

We believe we are called to move from milk to meat. That means learning to crucify the flesh, renew the mind, surrender the self, practice forgiveness, walk in obedience, endure refinement, and become more like Jesus in the real places of our lives.

This is discipleship that teaches not only what Christians believe, but how we actually live. We believe women are called to bear spiritual fruit, walk in love, grow in wisdom, model Christlike integrity, do good works, and minister from the place God has formed them. Every believer matters in the Kingdom, and every woman has a place in the body of Christ.

Our desire is not simply to gather women, but to help form disciples who know the Word, hear the Spirit, walk in freedom, grow in wisdom, and help others do the same…

Routes of Refinement

Here at FTF Ministry, we call these routes “Pathways.”

Our Pathways reflect the discipleship journey itself — helping individuals grow holistically in spirit, soul, and body through progressive spiritual formation and practical discipleship development- SPIRIT, SOUL & BODY.

The Pathways are not separate destinations, but interconnected stages of growth…they are our “routes of refinement:”

• Salvation & Biblical Beginnings-Establishing identity in Christ as a new believer, understanding the foundations of the gospel, and building a life rooted in truth.

• Daughters of Discipleship- Equipping believers to go deeper — developing spiritual maturity, strengthening faith, and applying God’s Word in everyday life.

• Holy Health -Equipping women to pursue whole-person healing through biblically rooted movement, somatic release, and creative spiritual practices. This role integrates wellness, Scripture, and artistic expression to help others embody their faith and live in alignment with the Spirit—mind, body, and soul.

These are not separate paths to choose from, but stages within the same journey. Each one builds upon the other, guiding you into deeper transformation, alignment, and spiritual maturity. Wherever you are in your walk, there is a place for you to begin — and a next step to grow.

Together, they help individuals move from basic faith into real maturity, healing, identity, and purposeful Kingdom living.
