Mighty… Majestic… Matchless…

“so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through your faith. And may you, having been [deeply] rooted and [securely] grounded in love, be fully capable of comprehending with all the saints (God’s people) the width and length and height and depth of His love [fully experiencing that amazing, endless love];” - Ephesians‬ ‭3‬:‭17‬-‭18‬ ‭AMP‬‬

How often do you think of this? How wide, how high, how deep His love is for you? How someone so Mighty, so Majestic, so Matchless, could love YOU that much? He does. He truly does.

MIGHTY:

1. (n.) Possessing might; having great power or authority.

2. (n.) Accomplished by might; hence, extraordinary; wonderful.

3. (n.) Denoting and extraordinary degree or quality in respect of size, character, importance, consequences, etc.

4. (n.) A warrior of great force and courage.

5. (adv.) In a great degree; very.

MAJESTIC:

(a.) Possessing or exhibiting majesty; of august dignity, stateliness, or imposing grandeur; lofty; noble; grand.

The term "majestic" in the context of the Bible refers to the grandeur, splendor, and supreme authority of God. It is a descriptor that captures the awe-inspiring nature of God's presence, His creation, and His divine attributes. The majesty of God is a recurring theme throughout Scripture, emphasizing His sovereignty, power, and glory.

MATCHLESS:

(a.) unable to be equaled; incomparable.

In a biblical context, "matchless" describes someone or something that has no equal, is peerless, or is incomparable. It is a term used to emphasize the unique and unsurpassable qualities of God, His love, power, or skill, as seen in verses about His incomparable grace, mercy, and creation. It highlights His unique nature, supreme power, and unparalleled majesty. The concept of God's incomparability is a central theme throughout Scripture, emphasizing His distinctiveness from all creation and His superiority over all other beings and deities.

How can someone so MIGHTY, so MAJESTIC, and so MATCHLESS really love YOU that much? He created you. He desires you. He protects you. He heals you (if you allow Him to). He fills voids that no one else can fill. As much as He desires you, He will not force you to love Him back. He gives you free will to desire Him just the same as He desires you. He stands there waiting for you to reach for His hand… His hand that guides, that protects, that heals. How can any of us deny Him what He truly wants most.. a relationship with YOU?
