Miranda Embry

Miranda Embry is the founder and voice behind Formed Through Fire Ministry, a Christ-centered space dedicated to truth, transformation, and spiritual growth. With a calling forged in personal trials, Miranda leads through biblical teaching, creative communication, and transparent testimony—helping others encounter Jesus right in the middle of their own fire.

Her heart is especially drawn to the broken, the bound, and the rebuilding. Whether through writing, speaking, or one-on-one discipleship, Miranda teaches God’s Word with boldness and compassion, always pointing people toward healing, identity, and freedom in Christ.

As the Teaching & Discipleship Ministry Leader, Miranda oversees the spiritual direction and theological integrity of the ministry. She prayerfully guides everything from curriculum development and Bible study creation to the mentorship of leaders and the expansion of the ministry’s reach. Her passion is to raise up resilient believers who walk in truth, live with purpose, and reflect God’s glory—even when life gets messy.

Heather Earnhardt

Ministry Discipleship & Digital Engagement Partner

Heather serves as the Ministry Discipleship & Digital Engagement Partner at Formed Through Fire Ministry. Working closely alongside the leadership team, she helps steward the heart of the ministry by supporting women through discipleship, spiritual connection, and digital outreach.

Whether she’s co-facilitating Bible studies, hosting group discussions, or managing digital tools and communications, she brings clarity, compassion, and commitment to every task. She assists in everything from moderating the women’s community group to contributing to the creative and teaching vision of the ministry.

Her role bridges both the personal and the digital—engaging with women, fostering connection, supporting online resources, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. With a heart for encouragement and a gift for both tech and truth, she is an essential part of helping women grow in faith and stay equipped for the fires they face.

Justin Embry

Ministry Director & Chief of Operations

Justin Embry serves as the Ministry Director and Chief of Operations for Formed Through Fire Ministry. He provides the structural backbone of the ministry — ensuring that everything runs smoothly, stays grounded in its God-given mission, and operates with integrity, order, and purpose.

Justin brings strength, organization, and steady spiritual support. His role includes overseeing day-to-day operations, scheduling, communication, outreach coordination, and finances — helping build and protect the framework that sustains the ministry’s impact.

Justin serves as the structural backbone of the ministry — supporting both the daily functions and the spiritual foundation of Formed Through Fire.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Role Descriptions:

1. Marketing & Promotions Lead
This role focuses on expanding the reach of the ministry and its message. Ideal for someone with PR, publishing, or marketing knowledge, this person will help identify promotional opportunities, build relationships with media or industry contacts, and help develop strong outreach campaigns.
This role will include commission-based opportunities. A percentage from successful paid campaigns may be offered as compensation.

2. Event & Booking Research Assistant
Responsible for researching and organizing speaking opportunities, conferences, events, and partnerships. This person helps scout and coordinate options for Miranda to share the message of Formed Through Fire in churches, women's groups, bookstores, and more.

3. Digital Admin & Tech Advisor
This tech-savvy teammate helps with digital tools, setup, and support. Tasks may include helping with email systems, Zoom/Google Meet settings, publishing platforms, and digital troubleshooting as needed.

4. Creative Admin & Project Organizer
Supports the ministry through organization and creative collaboration. This person helps:

  • Organize ministry content into workable formats (ex: Notion, Docs, files)

  • Track version control and project timelines

  • Offer creative feedback and help shape direction when needed

  • Assist with meeting alignment (knowing what session goes with what study)

5. Prayer & Encouragement Coordinator
A spiritually grounded encourager who helps cover the ministry in prayer and provides encouragement to others through:

  • Outreach messages

  • Prayer prompts or devotionals

  • Follow-up with new participants or study members as needed

6. Street Team / Ministry Ambassador
This is a public-facing support role for someone who loves to share the message of the ministry through:

  • Sharing social media posts, book links, or events

  • Inviting others to join studies or leave reviews

  • Handing out flyers (if available) or tagging the ministry online

Perfect for someone excited to be a part of spreading the word and encouraging others to engage!

As God continues to expand this ministry, we are looking for a few faithful Christian to come alongside us in a volunteer capacity (for now) with the hope that these roles will one day become paid positions as the ministry continues to grow and acquire funding.
