MINISTRY ADDITION ANNOUNCEMENT
Introducing the Formed Through Fire Mental Health Ministry Branch!
We are prayerfully launching a new branch of Formed Through Fire Ministry — the FTF Mental Health Ministry Branch
This branch will exist to intentionally care for women’s emotional, mental, relational, and spiritual well-being through a faith-centered, trauma-aware, and biblically grounded approach.
Mental and emotional health are not separate from faith — they are deeply connected. This ministry branch was created to provide safe, structured spaces where women can process honestly without pressure, grow spiritually without performance, and heal within community without shame.
OUR HEART & DIRECTION
This branch was created with prayer, discernment, and deep intentionality — to ensure that care within the ministry is:
• Compassionate
• Responsible
• Theologically sound
• Emotionally safe
We are committed to building ministry spaces that honor the whole woman — mind, body, heart, and spirit — while remaining firmly rooted in truth.
FTF Mental Health Ministry Branch
The FTF Mental Health Ministry Branch is not a standalone program — it is a ministry-wide layer of care intentionally woven throughout every branch of Formed Through Fire Ministry.
Its purpose is to ensure that emotional, mental, and relational health are addressed alongside spiritual formation, not separate from it. This branch strengthens and supports the work already happening across the ministry in the following ways:
Faith Foundations
Grounding women in biblical truth and spiritual stability
• Helping women regulate emotionally so they can engage Scripture clearly
• Processing doubt, fear, anxiety, and overwhelm without shame
• Building spiritual stability when emotional distress clouds truth
Healthy faith requires space to feel safely anchored, not constantly overwhelmed.
Deepening Discipleship
Fostering maturity, identity formation, and spiritual growth
• Addressing internal barriers that stall spiritual maturity
• Integrating faith with lived experience
• Supporting identity formation without pressure or performance
Discipleship deepens when women are supported as whole people, not just spiritual minds.
Restoration Pathways
Supporting healing from trauma, grief, addiction, and brokenness
• Providing trauma-aware, faith-centered care environments
• Supporting non-linear healing processes
• Walking alongside women as they rebuild after loss, rupture, or relapse
Healing is not rushed — and restoration is safest in community.
Holy Health
Addressing emotional, mental, and relational well-being through a faith-centered lens
• Teaching emotional awareness and regulation
• Supporting mental wellness without stigma
• Encouraging sustainable rhythms rooted in faith
Spiritual health and mental health are not in competition — they work together.
Spiritual Warfare
Equipping women to recognize and resist spiritual attacks with discernment and truth
• Helping women discern emotional distress vs. spiritual oppression
• Teaching grounding, discernment, and truth-based responses
• Reducing shame-based isolation that weakens spiritual defenses
Clarity strengthens resistance. Safety strengthens discernment.
Sacred Spaces
Cultivating safe, compassionate environments for honest processing and community care
• Establishing trauma-aware, moderated environments
• Encouraging honesty without oversharing pressure
• Creating clear boundaries, guidelines, and safety structures
Sacred Spaces are not accidental — they are intentionally built.

The FTF Mental Health Ministry Branch will be added to the website soon...
As it develops, it will house:
• Bible studies
• Devotionals
• Prayer resources
• Teaching materials
• Support-based initiatives
• Faith-centered mental health tools

First Initiative: A Sneak Peek — FTF Support Groups
The first initiative under the FTF Mental Health Ministry Branch will be the launch of FTF Support Groups — structured, faith-based peer-support communities designed to walk alongside women through emotional, mental, relational, and life challenges.
Through private community spaces, real-time connection, and live gatherings, FTF Support Groups will provide an integrated, ministry-safe approach to mental health care — offering both space to process and structure for growth.
These groups will be:
• Peer-support focused
• Spiritually grounded
• Intentionally inclusive
They will welcome women across a wide range of:
• Life experiences
• Processing styles
• Seasons of faith
All Formed Through Fire support spaces will be trauma-aware and neurodivergent-affirming, honoring diverse processing needs and encouraging participation without pressure or performance.
More details about group structure, participation, and enrollment will be shared soon...
