“I’m part of the Facebook group… but how do I actually join the ministry?”
We’re excited to share that we now have a clear, intentional way to do exactly that!
WHAT IT MEANS BECOMING AN MPA
MPA stands for Ministry Participation & Alignment.
This is not church membership, but it is our way of offering formally informal membership through intentional alignment for women who consider Formed Through Fire their primary online discipleship ministry and desire to grow, serve, and walk more deeply within this community.
MPAs are women who:
Desire intentional spiritual growth and discipleship
Actively participate in studies, initiatives, or ministry opportunities
Align with the mission, values, and biblical foundation of Formed Through Fire
Want clarity, covering, and community — without pressure or hierarchy
What MPA is not:
A paid membership
A contract
A guarantee of leadership
A replacement for your local church
Counseling or crisis care
Participation is voluntary, relational, and discipleship-focused.
What MPAs Can Expect:
Biblically grounded teaching
A Christ-centered, grace-filled environment
Clear boundaries and expectations
Opportunities to grow and serve
Protection of privacy and dignity
Accountability structures for leadership
This is about formation, not perfection.
How to Become an MPA

Once we receive your email, we will respond within a week with:
The Ministry Participation & Alignment (MPA) Guidance PDF to read through
The MPA Acknowledgment Form to complete and return
After your acknowledgment is received, you will be officially added to our ministry records as a Formed Through Fire Ministry Participant (MPA).
Already Part of the Community?
You do not need to become an MPA to remain in the Facebook group or participate in public ministry offerings...
MPA simply exists for women who are asking:
“How do I join the ministry?”
