Miranda Embry is the founder of Formed Through Fire Ministry and serves as the Ministry Vision & Spiritual Formation Director. She oversees the theological direction, discipleship framework, and long-term spiritual formation strategy of the ministry, ensuring depth, doctrinal integrity, and transformational growth.

Ministry Leadership & Spiritual Alignment Director
Jamie Carey serves as the Ministry Leadership & Spiritual Alignment Director for Formed Through Fire Ministry. She provides leadership oversight, safeguards biblical doctrine alignment, and shepherds the relational and spiritual care of the ministry, ensuring leaders and participants remain supported, unified, and grounded in truth.

Stephanie DePuy serves as the Faith Foundations & Rooted Living Minister, guiding new believers into a strong biblical foundation and a confident, established walk with Christ. She focuses on grounding women in essential doctrine, identity in Christ, and the daily rhythms of faithful living so their faith is not only believed—but lived and rooted.

Discipleship Development & Inner Healing Minister
Sandy Patterson serves as the Discipleship Development & Inner Healing Minister, guiding women beyond foundational faith into deeper spiritual maturity and Christ-centered wholeness. Through prayerful discernment and intercessory ministry, she helps women confront spiritual strongholds, renew their minds, and walk in greater spiritual authority and freedom in Christ.
Cheryl Blunt
Cheryl Blunt serves as the Restoration Pathways Minister, walking women through structured journeys of healing, renewal, and spiritual rebuilding. She provides compassionate guidance and biblically grounded restoration processes that help women move from brokenness toward stability, clarity, and restored purpose in Christ.
